Tony was very friendly and professional. We have a 1940s home and he worked around the challenges that an older home comes with and installed 2 library/picture lights for us. Also added an outlet above our fireplace so we can finally mount our tv. Will definitely be calling him again with future projects.

Overall great experience with Remedy Electric and the owner Tony. I had to reschedule the initial appointment on short notice and they were very accommodating. The quality of work is excellent, and Tony took time to answer all my questions prior to performing repairs and installing 3 pronged GFI outlets. We just got done using this firm for our panel upgrade and some other electrical work around the house we are remodeling. Tony is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about him. He committed to the job and was there day after day. None of this start the job and then won't see him for 3 weeks. He was there on time, every time!. He is very attentive to details and treated our home like it was his. The work was done correctly and all mess was picked up. My wife and I are thrilled with what he did and how we were treated. Tony and Ryan did fantastic work on my home on 2/4/2022. They had replaced outlets and switches that didn't work. They had also installed outlets where ever I wanted. Both Tony and Ryan had also educated me on what they were doing and why. Tony also went through and explained my circuit panel ground to me and how an overall house is grounded. I would 10/10 use this company again and recommend that if you need business done in the tri-cities to give these professionals a ring.
